I currently serve as a Senior Program Manager for Product Integrity at Meta.

I ensure all products in the following spaces are designed with user safety as well as other integrity considerations such as ensuring user choice and the reduction of low quality content (e.g. policy violating content, misinformation).

Product areas I cover:

  • Generative AI on FB, IG, and Messaging

  • FB Groups and Events

  • Business tools (Ads, Organic Content Creation, Messaging)

  • FB Creator Monetization

I served as Program Manager on the Data Products & Operations team for all brands at Gap Inc.

I manage the portfolio of data visualization products used by nearly all aspects of the business— from senior leadership, e-commerce, merchandising, marketing, stores, and strategy to name a few. In this role, I facilitate the design and development of products and ensure user feedback is heard every step of the way.

Old Navy (Gap Inc.)

I served on the Strategy and Product Operations team at Old Navy as a project manager for data insights.

I worked to better integrate data visualization tools for users at Old Navy and its Gap Inc. sister brands. These tools provide better visibility to relevant insights and increase productivity across the teams.

Trunk club (Nordstrom)

I was part of a cross-functional operations team at Trunk Club, a retail company looking to make the shopping experience more personal.  We ensured the success of our sales team by creating tools to enable them to provide the best experience for Trunk Club's customers.

During my time at Trunk Club I worked with product managers, engineers, designers, sales professionals, and business-focused groups to build technology and create new processes for our stylists.

Most notably I helped to design and implement a feature of the service to allow new customers and their stylists to chat immediately via an in-house messaging app. I ensured that every customer has an enjoyable first experience with their stylist. 

deloitte

During my four years at Deloitte, I delivered excellent client service for software vendors and their clients across the United States. My team helped their sales and licensing organizations identify large opportunities for enterprise software and facilitate deals to closure.

As a Senior Consultant, I led teams in the San Francisco Bay Area, Chicago, New York, and Washington DC in providing our expertise to the client. 

Among many responsibilities, I also served as a Product Manager leading a team of developers and designers to create an internal web application to analyze large data sets for the software sales engagements.
